Let's connect as a community with programs for kids, adults and families
delivered digitally over Zoom!
Programming will be spread out from July 11th - 25th --
You can expect a variety of daytime, evening and weekend activities.
We will again be joined by a dedicated and enthusiastic team of both native Kazakhstanis and adopted Kazakh-American role models. Specific schedule and sessions are in development and will be posted soon.
Expect engaging and varied programming, including:
Multiple Zoom sessions carefully designed to enhance families’ cultural understanding
Opportunities for social interaction
Updated versions of popular workshops from last year:
Connecting with young adults & youth in Kazakhstan
New offerings -- such as Kazakh history, games, and falconry
Workshops facilitated by Tanya Kaanta - a transracial, Korean adoptee. Tanya has a Ph.D. in Sociology and an M.S. in Student Affairs from Colorado State University. Her research focused on Korean inter-country adoption, identity formation process, emotion work, agency, and advocacy work of adult adoptees.

$300/family – INCLUDING Adoption Identity sessions
Price includes all activities for all family members, regardless of number of sessions attended or devices employed.
After June 1, all registrations will be charged a $25 late fee.
Late registrations accepted only until July 1st.
